We are Trustero, the company behind a patented multi-agent AI platform that automates complex governance, risk, and compliance tasks so teams can reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and rely less on outside consultants. We are looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing who will shape strategy and run day-to-day execution to grow pipeline and strengthen our position in the GRC and AI compliance market.
Responsibilities
- Define and run the full marketing strategy covering demand generation, brand, product marketing, events, and digital programs.
- Drive pipeline growth with multi-channel campaigns aimed at mid-market and enterprise SaaS buyers.
- Act as the HubSpot lead, designing lead lifecycles, building automation, and creating performance dashboards.
- Plan and deliver industry events, including logistics, lead capture, and on-site execution.
- Create content and assets that support campaigns, product launches, and sales enablement.
- Manage paid media, email, SEO/SEM, webinars, account-based marketing, and partner initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and performance data to improve spend efficiency and revenue impact.
- Build marketing operations processes that scale with company growth.
- Align closely with Sales on pipeline targets, account selection, and SDR support.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to keep messaging accurate and differentiated.
Must-haves
- Seven or more years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a strong emphasis on demand generation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- Proven success generating pipeline and revenue in mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Hands-on approach that combines strategic planning with daily program execution.
- Expert-level skill with HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, including setup, workflows, scoring, analytics, and integrations.
- Experience planning and running major industry events and trade shows.
- Track record of leading effective multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Comfort working directly with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Strong communication, storytelling, writing, and data-driven decision skills.
- English fluency.

- Experience building and leading a small, high-performing marketing team.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of $200,000 to $250,000 USD.
