What is this role?
We are searching for a Head of Marketing to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is an executive-level position for a seasoned professional who is ready to take ownership of our global brand presence. You will be responsible for shaping how the world perceives Filmhub, defining our market positioning, and building a world-class marketing function from the ground up. We need a leader who is as comfortable with high-level strategy as they are with rolling up their sleeves to get work done.
What will you do?
- Define and own our brand identity and positioning across all global markets and channels.
- Build and lead a high-performing team covering brand strategy, content creation, public relations, and growth marketing.
- Establish a robust storytelling system that produces consistent, high-quality content to position Filmhub as the definitive leader in distribution through industry insights and client success stories.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in brand strategy, PR, and performance marketing. We are looking for someone who excels at storytelling but remains deeply data-driven in their decision-making. You should have a proven track record of leading distributed teams within high-growth startups, ideally in the media or creator platform space. Proficiency in English is essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly and execute projects with speed. If you have experience marketing directly to filmmakers or rights holders, you will be a particularly strong candidate.
