We are looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to join our team in the United States, someone who values introspection, accountability, and kindness as much as we do.
What you'll be doing
- You will serve as the primary leader for our marketing organization, taking full responsibility for performance across all media channels including search, social, SEO, traditional advertising, and promotional partnerships.
- You will own our customer acquisition and retention strategies, driving large-scale campaigns and managing our CRM lifecycle programs to increase our share within the customer base.
- You will build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment while overseeing our marketing budget, forecasting, and the implementation of state-of-the-art martech tools.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this executive role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Over 15 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary marketing organizations with significant budgets and a proven ability to achieve long-term strategic goals.
- A strong track record of building and scaling consumer brands within high-growth technology companies.
- Expertise in developing comprehensive B2C marketing strategies that encompass performance marketing, digital advertising, SEO, SEM, and targeted social media programs.
- The ability to think like an owner and operate with a deep understanding of business disciplines, including finance and IT.
- Fluency in English and a demonstrated propensity to act as a relentless advocate for the customer.
- Experience in marketing consumer payment products or building programs for multicultural audiences is considered a significant advantage.
