We are looking for a seasoned Head of Marketing to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in NYC. At RepeatMD, we are transforming the aesthetics and wellness industry by unlocking the ageless revolution for patients and practices. With 1.5 million users, over $1 billion in revenue generated for our clients, and a position among the top 200 apps globally, we are a high-growth B2B SaaS company that is scaling rapidly. Following our $50 million Series A funding, we are eager to bring on an executive leader who can own our marketing strategy and help us continue our expansion across all 50 states and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with our CEO to translate our high-level vision into actionable marketing plans while taking full ownership of execution and outcomes across product marketing, branding, content, and demand generation.
- Take complete charge of our event strategy, managing everything from large-scale trade shows and industry conferences to regional networking dinners and virtual webinars to ensure they drive measurable growth.
- Oversee our marketing operations and tech stack, including CRM and analytics platforms, while collaborating with our agencies to optimize ad spend, track key performance indicators, and mentor a high-performing internal team.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of executive-level marketing experience specifically within high-growth SaaS environments.
- A proven track record of scaling marketing efforts to drive ARR growth, improve customer retention, and elevate brand awareness.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing complex event programs, including both physical conferences and digital initiatives.
- Deep technical proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data analytics to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on mentoring teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining accountability.
What we offer
