About the Role
We are searching for a Head of Marketing to join us in a versatile, fractional capacity. In this role, you will lead our paid acquisition strategy and work closely with our leadership and finance teams to drive sustainable growth. You will be responsible for optimizing our marketing spend and mentoring our internal team to ensure we continue to reach job seekers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive paid acquisition strategy across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with a specific emphasis on UGC-driven ads to improve conversions.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor performance, track key metrics like CAC and LTV, and identify opportunities to reduce churn through actionable insights.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to our marketing team while collaborating with product and finance departments to align our campaigns with long-term monetization goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within the consumer app or D2C brand space.
- A proven track record of scaling paid advertising campaigns while maintaining high efficiency.
- Strong leadership experience, including past roles in team management or startup consulting, combined with the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SEO and content marketing strategies to boost organic visibility.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Appsflyer.
- Bonus points for experience with no-code platforms, A/B testing software, or data integrations like Supabase and Firebase.
