We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Lithic, we build the essential payment and card issuing infrastructure that powers some of the most innovative digital banks, fintechs, and software companies in the world. We process billions of dollars in transactions every year, and we need a strategic leader to help us scale our marketing organization and solidify our position as the premier platform for card processing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that encompasses product marketing, demand generation, brand awareness, and account-based marketing to drive our growth.
- Collaborate closely with our product, sales, and engineering teams to translate our complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with our target customers.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, overseeing annual planning, budget management, and the use of data-driven insights to optimize our performance and revenue impact.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in product marketing.
- A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a high-growth environment, such as a Series A to C company.
- Demonstrated success in building marketing functions from the ground up, including experience with complex software infrastructure or fintech products.
- Strong ability to partner with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and a proven track record of managing successful product launches.
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to leadership, with the ability to operate effectively at both the executive and team levels.
