Role at a glance
Head of Marketing is a full-time, lead-level role you can do from anywhere in the United States or Canada.
Your impact
- Build and own the full growth-marketing engine that turns brand awareness into a predictable, high-volume sales pipeline for new product lines.
- Design, launch, and relentlessly optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, social, search, display, and content, using data to double down on what works and cut what doesn't.
- Lead and mentor a small but ambitious marketing team while aligning efforts with product, sales, and customer-success stakeholders to hit company-wide growth targets.
What you'll need
Proven success running marketing or growth at a small startup, plus hands-on experience standing up paid-ad accounts, automated outbound flows, and CRM systems. You know how to run fast A/B tests on top-of-funnel plays and turn learnings into immediate iteration. You're fluent in English and comfortable shaping brand identity from the ground up. Bonus points if you've managed HubSpot, shipped campaigns inside the Shopify ecosystem, or marketed directly to DTC and e-commerce brands.
Perks and compensation
Base salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000, with on-target earnings above $200,000.
