As the pioneers of Chaos Engineering, we support hundreds of the world’s most prominent organizations in maintaining the high availability they require. We are currently looking for a strategic Head of Marketing to lead our efforts in product positioning, growth initiatives, and market expansion from a fully remote environment.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and drive product adoption.
- Lead competitive research to refine our pricing, messaging, and overall go-to-market approach.
- Manage the end-to-end launch process for new features and products, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams.
- Produce high-impact sales enablement materials, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
- Implement growth-focused campaigns that optimize the user journey, improve lead conversion, and lower acquisition costs.
- Direct and mentor a dynamic team of three while fostering strong partnerships with our product, sales, and customer success departments.
- Utilize data-driven insights and customer feedback to continuously improve our product marketing and growth strategies.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in product marketing, specifically within the technical software space.
- A proven track record in growth marketing, with demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Strong expertise in leading go-to-market strategies and crafting messaging that resonates with enterprise-level clients.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor small teams and facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement resources.
- Excellent command of the English language.
Compensation
The annual salary for this position is $160,000 to $190,000. In addition to base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
