What you bring
As our Head of Marketing, you will serve as an executive leader working in a full-time, remote capacity from anywhere. You will be responsible for building our growth engine from the ground up, blending high-level strategy with hands-on execution. Your role will focus on the following core responsibilities:
- Designing and running early experiments across paid, earned, and owned channels to create a repeatable growth playbook.
- Developing clear brand positioning and messaging that resonates with brokers, operators, and the entire aviation ecosystem.
- Partnering closely with our sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to revenue growth and booked demos.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience leading marketing for B2B SaaS companies. You should have a proven track record of achieving zero-to-one wins and the ability to balance high-level strategy with the tactical work of writing copy and launching campaigns. We value candidates who are fluent across the entire marketing funnel, including demand generation, product marketing, and brand strategy. A strong, metrics-driven mindset is essential, and any background in fintech, SaaS marketplaces, or aviation is a significant plus. You must be comfortable working in English and possess the leadership skills to eventually hire and mentor a high-performing team.
