We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. At Taxdoo, we combine deep tax, accounting, and technical expertise to build products that help e-commerce businesses thrive. Our goal is to become the gold standard for tax and accounting in the European e-commerce market. We are dedicated to our mantra of Taxdoo and Done, and we are committed to helping entrepreneurs say Bye, Bye, Bureaucracy by streamlining complex regulations so they can focus on what they do best.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team while shaping our product-led growth strategy and navigating market shifts.
- Build a strong, lasting brand identity for Taxdoo across all channels, including strategic partnerships.
- Take full ownership of our marketing ecosystem, including lead generation, SEO, social media, content creation, product marketing, influencer outreach, and community management.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, media management, business informatics, or an equivalent professional background.
- At least 8 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the fintech sector.
- A proven history of successfully launching new initiatives and brand messaging within a SaaS environment.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams alongside sales, customer success, and product organizations to drive growth.
- A track record of scaling businesses and transforming teams into high-performance units through effective leadership.
- Fluency in both English and German, paired with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
