What is this role?
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. This is an executive-level position designed for a seasoned professional who can oversee our entire marketing strategy, from digital and social campaigns to traditional media and content initiatives. You will be the primary architect behind our acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring our brand remains consistent and impactful across every customer touchpoint.
What will you do?
- Lead our marketing department by managing all media spend, including search, social, SEO, and traditional channels like TV and radio, while mentoring a high-performing team.
- Own the full customer lifecycle, driving large-scale acquisition campaigns and managing our CRM programs to maximize retention and customer share.
- Oversee our marketing budget and forecasting, using data-driven insights to test new tactics, optimize performance, and ensure all efforts align with our core business KPIs.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should bring at least 15 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary marketing organizations. You are a strategic thinker who operates with an ownership mindset, balancing the needs of the customer with the financial realities of the business. You have a proven track record in a high-growth tech environment and possess deep expertise in:
- Developing comprehensive B2C marketing strategies that integrate performance marketing, digital advertising, and branding.
- Scaling marketing budgets through rigorous, iterative testing and the use of modern Martech tools.
- Building and motivating teams while acting as a relentless advocate for the customer experience.
Fluency in English is required for this role.
