ABOUT THE POSITION
Head of Marketing Operations at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment that will keep you sharp and excited.
Your role: Lead and optimize the engine behind BURGA’s marketing success. From complex campaigns to day-to-day processes, you'll ensure seamless execution, effective resource allocation, and robust cross-team collaboration. Partnering closely with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams, you’ll streamline processes, create new ways of working, eliminate inefficiencies - turning complex operations into precise, high-performing systems that scale effortlessly as we grow. Like a COO, but for 85+ people marketing team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and mentor a team of three project managers, guiding their day-to-day responsibilities, professional growth, and ensuring they effectively support seamless execution across all marketing operations.
- Develop, implement, and refine structured processes, systems, and project management tools to optimize marketing team productivity.
- Act as the central project-management leader for product launches, collections, sales, and branding initiatives. Your role is together with the team ensuring campaigns are executed on schedule, within budget, and through efficient processes.
- Closely coordinate with internal marketing and other teams across BURGA to align on projects, objectives, manage deadlines, and solve inefficiencies swiftly.
- Identify inefficiencies, propose strategic solutions, and implement improvements that allow the marketing team to scale operations, enhancing overall effectiveness and collaboration.
- Anticipate marketing operational needs related to BURGA’s rapid growth. Strategically prepare the team to handle increased complexity, launching more projects efficiently without compromising team stability or effectiveness.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related operational roles, ideally within fast-paced e-commerce or other high-growth organizations.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and executing multiple simultaneous marketing projects efficiently and on deadline.
- Exceptional skills in project management systems and tools like Asana, process optimization, and operational scalability.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, experienced in budget management and resource allocation.
- A strategic, data-driven mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement across departments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with demonstrated success in mentoring teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Fluent in English.
SALARY: 5500 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
