Role at a glance
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing Operations to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. This is a Director-level position where you will play a vital role in shaping our marketing strategy, driving efficiency, and ensuring our team operates at peak performance.
Your impact
- Build and optimize our entire MarTech stack from the ground up, ensuring seamless data flow between core tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Lead data management and analytics by maintaining accurate reporting, tracking campaign performance, and partnering with Revenue Operations to align on attribution models.
- Drive process improvement by establishing scalable workflows for intent scoring and account nurturing, ensuring our marketing efforts align perfectly with sales goals.
What you'll need
We are looking for a data-driven leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. You should have a proven track record in marketing or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS or tech setting. Key requirements include:
- Deep technical expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement and attribution.
- A process-oriented mindset with the ability to design scalable systems.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Strong communication abilities to present complex data in a clear, actionable way.
- Fluency in English.
