Role at a glance
We are looking for a seasoned Head of Marketing & Brand to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity in Cape Town. This is a lead-level role for someone who is ready to take ownership of our commercial strategy and drive meaningful growth. You will be at the center of our efforts to expand our reach and deepen our connection with the communities we serve.
Your impact
- Lead and develop our entire marketing and brand ecosystem, with a specific focus on growth, customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Execute high-impact strategies to drive customer activity and transaction volume while managing our core commercial channels.
- Mentor and empower our marketing and design teams, fostering a culture of high performance, strong collaboration, and operational efficiency.
What you'll need
- Extensive experience leading the commercial side of a retail or financial services business.
- A deep understanding of both physical and online distribution, alongside proven expertise in managing churn and retention metrics.
- Exceptional communication and management skills, paired with a relentless, growth-oriented commercial mindset.
- A genuine passion for social impact and a desire to uplift others through your work.
- Fluency in English.
