We are looking for a visionary Head of Marketing and Creative Direction to guide our brand evolution. As a strategic storyteller, you will lead our creative and marketing efforts to ensure our fun, carefree identity resonates across all consumer touchpoints while driving significant business growth.

Responsibilities

Define and execute our overarching marketing and creative strategy to ensure it remains bold, innovative, and aligned with our core mission.
Maintain a consistent visual identity and voice across all platforms, including social media, digital channels, and in-store experiences.
Direct multi-channel digital strategies, covering SEO, SEM, content creation, email marketing, and social media to boost acquisition and awareness.
Oversee the production of high-quality marketing assets, such as photography and video, by working closely with internal teams and external creative partners.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and cross-functional collaboration with our product, sales, and operations departments.
Identify and manage strategic partnerships and influencer relationships to expand our market reach.
Utilize consumer research and data analytics to measure campaign performance and refine our creative approach.

Must-haves

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Creative Direction, or a related field.
At least 10 years of professional experience in marketing.
A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically leading creative direction within the lifestyle, fashion, or footwear industries.
Proven ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

An advanced degree in a relevant field.
