We are looking for a visionary Head of Marketing and Creative Direction to guide our brand evolution. As a strategic storyteller, you will lead our creative and marketing efforts to ensure our fun, carefree identity resonates across all consumer touchpoints while driving significant business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute our overarching marketing and creative strategy to ensure it remains bold, innovative, and aligned with our core mission.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and voice across all platforms, including social media, digital channels, and in-store experiences.
- Direct multi-channel digital strategies, covering SEO, SEM, content creation, email marketing, and social media to boost acquisition and awareness.
- Oversee the production of high-quality marketing assets, such as photography and video, by working closely with internal teams and external creative partners.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and cross-functional collaboration with our product, sales, and operations departments.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships and influencer relationships to expand our market reach.
- Utilize consumer research and data analytics to measure campaign performance and refine our creative approach.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Creative Direction, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in marketing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically leading creative direction within the lifestyle, fashion, or footwear industries.
- Proven ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution.
- Fluency in English.
