Role at a glance
We are looking for a Head of Marketing and Brand to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity in Cape Town. This is a management-level position that requires a leader who is ready to take ownership of our commercial strategy. You will be at the heart of our efforts to scale our reach and deepen our impact, ensuring that our brand remains a trusted partner for the communities we serve.
Your impact
- Lead and develop our comprehensive marketing and brand strategy, with a heavy focus on growth, customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Empower and manage our marketing and design teams, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and creative excellence.
- Define and implement clear performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and ensure our agent network proposition remains the best in the market.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned professional with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for social impact. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualities:
- Proven experience leading the commercial side of a retail or financial services business.
- Deep expertise in both physical and online distribution, as well as a strong grasp of churn, retention, and acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional communication and management skills, combined with an obsession for growth and operational efficiency.
- A collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization.
- Fluency in English.
