Here’s your chance to lead the data strategy behind a global fashion powerhouse. As our Head of Marketing Analytics, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that drive smarter, faster decisions across our global business. Sitting at the centre of our Performance Marketing team, this pivotal role blends analytical excellence, Martech innovation, and strategic leadership. Accelerating the growth of one of the most exciting fashion e-commerce brands as we continue to scale worldwide.

What You’ll Be doing

Own and lead all Tableau marketing data, dashboards, and reporting frameworks, ensuring our data is consistent, accurate, and accessible.

Develop and optimise reporting processes that drive efficiency and enable data-led decisions across global marketing teams.

Evaluate, onboard, and manage Martech solutions that keep us ahead of the curve in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, PR, Buying, and beyond to ensure marketing analytics drives strategy and execution company-wide.

Lead, coach, and uplift a talented analytics team to build confidence and capability in using data to tell compelling stories.

What Success Looks Like

You deliver accurate, timely insights that influence strategic marketing decisions globally.

Tableau dashboards and reporting are the single source of truth across the business.

You identify and action growth opportunities across all performance channels.

Martech tools are streamlined, integrated, and actively driving performance outcomes.

You build a culture of curiosity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making within the team.

What You'll Bring

6+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, including at least 2 in a leadership role.

Proven success leading analytics for a digital-first or global consumer brand.

Advanced proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and marketing performance measurement frameworks.

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and their performance metrics.

Experience with Martech stacks, data governance, and cloud platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS).

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.

A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for experimentation.
