About the Role
We are looking for a Head of International Marketing to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a critical leadership position where you will drive the strategic direction and tactical execution of our international market expansion, with an initial focus on the United Kingdom and Japan. Reporting to the VP and GM of International, you will lead our international marketing efforts, manage a growing team, and play a pivotal role in the commercialization of our surgical robotic system and the promotion of Aquablation Therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning efforts to develop a comprehensive International Business Strategy, including market mapping and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that maximize market share, support product launches, and build brand awareness among surgeons and patients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders and manage customer programs, advisory boards, and regional engagement meetings to gather insights and drive therapy adoption.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, and an MBA is preferred.
- At least 10 years of product marketing experience, specifically within the medical device, disruptive technology, or urology sectors.
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies at a downstream level.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Broad international marketing experience, with specific preference for UK market experience and knowledge of the Japanese market.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English is required, and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time is necessary.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere, though being based in the United Kingdom is preferred.
