The opportunity

We are seeking a Head of International Marketing to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our international commercialization efforts. In this high-impact role, you will report to the VP and GM of International, with a dotted line to the VP of Global Marketing. You will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive our expansion, with an initial focus on the United Kingdom and Japan. This position is perfect for an experienced executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building teams and growing brand awareness for life-changing medical technology.

A day in the life

• You will lead the strategic planning process, partnering with senior leadership to create detailed business strategies that identify new market opportunities and address potential gaps in our international presence.
• You will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, focusing on product launches, brand loyalty, and navigating the complexities of healthcare economics and government affairs.
• You will cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders and medical professionals, organizing peer-to-peer engagements and advisory boards to ensure our strategies are informed by real-world clinical insights.

Who you are

You are a seasoned marketing executive with a proven track record in the medical device industry. You possess the ability to think strategically while maintaining a focus on tactical execution. Your background includes:

• At least 10 years of experience in product marketing, specifically within medical devices, disruptive technologies, or urology.
• A strong history of leading high-performing teams and developing talent.
• Deep expertise in strategy development, market research, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with the European reimbursement landscape, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the UK or Japanese markets.
• Fluency in English and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• A bachelor's degree, though an MBA is highly preferred.
