Role at a glance
We are seeking a Head of Growth to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position based in Italy, operating under a flexible hybrid model that requires just four days in our Milan office per month. You will report directly to our CEOs, playing a pivotal role in shaping our international expansion strategy.
Your impact
- Drive global expansion by defining and executing a sustainable growth strategy that balances high-quality user acquisition with long-term profitability.
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture rooted in data-driven decision-making and creative excellence.
- Own our financial performance by managing marketing budgets, revenue forecasting, and complex LTV modeling to ensure we hit our core growth benchmarks.
What you'll need
- Proven experience scaling mobile free-to-play games, with a specific focus on the US market.
- Deep analytical expertise in performance marketing, including ROAS, MER, and cash flow management.
- A strategic mindset that bridges the gap between marketing, product design, and data analytics.
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work cross-functionally to solve complex challenges.
- Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with our international team.
