We are looking for a visionary Head of Growth to join our team in Paris and lead our expansion across France, Spain, Germany, and Portugal.

What you'll be doing

• You will define and execute high-impact acquisition strategies to connect new audiences to our poker and sports betting platforms while increasing our overall market visibility.
• You will manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns across online media, such as SEO, ASO, and programmatic advertising, as well as traditional offline channels like television and radio.
• You will oversee data management initiatives, including the potential implementation of Data Management and Customer Data Platforms, to ensure our growth remains both data-driven and compliant with local gaming regulations.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this executive role, you should possess a strong background in digital marketing, engineering, or business. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• At least 7 years of experience in a similar leadership position or within a media buying agency where you played a key role in driving measurable growth.
• A deep understanding of the sports and poker landscape, paired with a creative mindset and sharp analytical skills.
• Professional proficiency in both English and French.
• The ability to manage complex projects with rigor while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships across diverse teams.
