We help ambitious software companies expand without getting tangled in tax rules. Anrok automates sales-tax monitoring, calculations, and filings so teams can focus on building and selling instead of compliance. Our platform already serves 40 percent of the Forbes Top 50 AI companies and 20 percent of the Forbes Top 100 Cloud companies, including Notion, Anthropic, and Cursor, and we are backed by more than $100 million from Sequoia, Spark, Index, and Khosla Ventures.
About the Role
We are hiring a Head of Growth on a full-time basis. In this role you will own the entire growth function, from demand generation and pipeline creation through activation, retention, and expansion, and you will lead our Brand & Growth Marketing team as we scale from more than 3,000 customers toward becoming the global standard for sales-tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute growth strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments in close partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations.
- Build and lead the Brand & Growth Marketing team, including demand generation, paid acquisition, and web growth, while fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decisions.
- Develop multi-channel programs that drive qualified pipeline, then partner with Marketing Ops to refine attribution models, dashboards, and forecasting so resources are allocated for maximum impact.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of B2B SaaS growth-marketing experience, including 4 or more years leading and scaling demand-generation and paid-growth teams through rapid revenue expansion.
- Proven success generating significant pipeline and revenue growth across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, and conversion optimization, paired with strong analytical skills in attribution modeling, funnel analysis, and forecasting.
- Experience building high-performing teams that value rigorous testing and data-driven decision making in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to align Sales, Marketing, and executive stakeholders around shared growth priorities.
- Comfort operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
Location
This hybrid role is based in San Francisco, New York City, or Salt Lake City, with three in-office collaboration days each week.
Compensation and Benefits
- Equity compensation that reflects the upside of an early-stage startup with strong product-market fit.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance covered at 100 percent, plus One Medical membership and flexible sick leave.
- Annual learning and development stipend for books, courses, and conferences.
- Annual team off-sites and in-person gatherings at our growing office hubs.
- Home-office setup stipend and daily lunch and snacks at our office locations.
- Flexible hours and a hybrid work model that supports both collaboration and personal flexibility.
