What you bring

We are seeking an experienced executive to serve as our Head of Growth and Web Engineering. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will lead our growth strategy by managing a dedicated team of engineers, focusing on the intersection of marketing, cloud computing, and web technology. Your role will involve using our core stack, including Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and MySQL, to drive engagement and retention.

• Lead and execute the strategy for Growth Engineering, Web Engineering, and Growth Platform Engineering.
• Partner with business and technical leadership to build and implement multi-year roadmaps.
• Mentor and develop a team of engineering managers to foster a culture of high performance and professional growth.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with at least 10 years of experience in the development and execution of growth products, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector. You should possess at least 5 years of experience in talent and performance management, with a genuine passion for coaching others. We look for individuals who are comfortable navigating ambiguity and who can translate complex data into actionable growth experiments. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be familiar with our technical ecosystem, including tools like GitHub, Jira, and Slack. We value candidates who balance rapid experimentation with high-quality engineering standards.

What we offer

We are committed to rewarding our team members for their contributions. The salary range for this executive position is between 235,000 USD and 280,000 USD, depending on market data, skills, and experience.
