What you'll be doing
- You will spearhead our growth marketing roadmap, creating and executing strategies that scale our paid media channels while hitting key efficiency and acquisition targets.
- You will own our performance marketing and acquisition efforts, including SEO and SEM, while partnering with creative teams to build high-impact campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- You will drive conversion funnel optimization by collaborating with our product and engineering teams to refine onboarding flows, implement rigorous A/B testing, and improve the overall user journey.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have 7 to 10 years of experience in growth and performance marketing, ideally within the SaaS space. We are looking for someone who speaks English fluently and possesses the following qualifications:
- A proven track record of scaling digital acquisition channels with a sharp focus on ROI and efficiency in a product-led growth environment.
- Deep expertise in marketing funnels, conversion rate optimization, and the ability to manage complex ad platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with attribution modeling and data-driven forecasting for subscription-based revenue models.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a history of mentoring teams and building strong, cross-functional relationships with product, sales, and design stakeholders.
- An innovative mindset and the ability to maintain executive presence while presenting strategic recommendations to leadership.
What you'll get
