We’re scaling fast at Motion and we’re looking for a leader who can turn our momentum into a predictable growth engine. With 3x year-over-year growth, $12M in fresh funding, and a product already trusted to analyze more than $5B in ad spend for brands like Vuori, True Classic, The Farmer’s Dog, and HexClad, we’re building the category that connects performance marketers with creative teams through fast, visual reporting for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, executive-level Head of Growth Marketing role that can be performed from anywhere. You’ll report directly to the CEO and own the pipeline that will carry Motion from roughly $7M to $50M ARR over the next three years.
Your impact
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy and execution that drives pipeline and revenue, setting the vision that lets us create an entirely new category.
- Identify high-potential bets, then turn them into repeatable, scalable channels that deliver predictable results across paid, inbound, and ABM programs.
- Stay close to every stage of the funnel-analyzing performance, forecasting revenue, and spotting optimization opportunities that keep the entire business on track.
What you'll need
You bring 7–10 years of DTC or consumer growth marketing and demand-generation experience, including at least three years spent building and leading marketing teams. You’re data-obsessed, fluent in funnel analytics and revenue forecasting, and you’ve already built predictable growth engines through paid, inbound, and ABM channels. You thrive in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments, take extreme ownership, and know how to foster a high-performance culture while staying humble and hands-on.
Perks and compensation
We offer competitive pay that includes equity and is bonus-eligible. Additional benefits include fully remote work with memorable offsites and retreats, generous paid time off, employee equity options, healthcare, modern tech tools, and a home office budget. You’ll join a low-ego, high-caliber team that’s already working with leading D2C brands and agencies-and you’ll help shape a product positioned to redefine creative analytics alongside category leaders like Webflow, Canva, and Figma.
