About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, strategic, and data-driven Head of Growth Marketing to lead our Network Marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, lead generation, and relationship-driven marketing—ideal for someone who understands how to activate networks into scalable growth engines.
You’ll drive brand awareness, qualified pipeline, and revenue growth by developing high-impact ABM campaigns and building referral, ambassador, and revenue-share programs. You’ll also lead the growth of a vibrant community of advocates and partners. This role requires close alignment with Sales and a strong ability to integrate marketing strategy with go-to-market (GTM) execution.

Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution of ABM campaigns aligned with Sales and Customer Success to target high-value accountsBuild and manage community-led marketing programs, including ambassador, referral, and revenue share initiativesDesign and launch campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive revenue and pipeline growthGrow and engage a community of brand advocates, partners, and influencers to fuel network-based growthDevelop strategies to expand community reach and impact through events, content, social channels, and thought leadershipCollaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to deliver personalized, high-impact campaignsAnalyze and optimize performance of ABM, community, and lead generation programs using data and insightsEnsure GTM alignment by partnering with Sales on messaging, campaign planning, and executionUse community and customer insights to inform marketing, product, and customer experience strategiesDrive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure cohesive executionWhat will make you a strong fit for this role
8+ years of B2SMB marketing experience, with 3+ years leading ABM, community, or network marketing effortsDemonstrated ability to align marketing with go-to-market strategy to drive pipeline and revenueProven success building and scaling referral, ambassador, or rev-share programsStrong experience growing and activating customer or partner communitiesTrack record of driving qualified lead generation through integrated, multi-channel campaignsExcellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales and Customer SuccessStrong project management and execution skills across multiple concurrent initiativesAnalytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProven experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams, with the ability to hire, coach, and lead.
