Head of Growth Marketing at Sideinc

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth Marketing to join our team in a full-time capacity. Side is a unique, fast-growing company that provides a brokerage-as-a-service platform, allowing top-tier real estate professionals to own their own companies without the typical operational or regulatory burdens. As we continue to innovate within the real estate industry, we need a leader to drive our go-to-market strategy and fuel our ambitious growth goals. This hybrid role focuses on the intersection of lead generation, sales enablement, and relationship-driven marketing, requiring someone who can turn networks into scalable growth engines for our discerning, high-value customer base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing campaigns that align closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to capture high-value accounts.
• Design and scale community-led initiatives, including ambassador programs, referral systems, and revenue-share models to expand our reach.
• Analyze campaign performance and leverage data insights to optimize our lead generation efforts and ensure cohesive execution across all channels.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in B2SMB marketing, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on ABM, community building, or network marketing.
• A proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams, including experience in hiring and coaching talent.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining cross-functional alignment.
• Expertise in data analysis, campaign planning, and sales enablement, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage partners, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
