Role at a glance
Head of Growth Marketing, full-time executive role, hybrid schedule based in the United States. You’ll lead marketing across three early-stage ventures inside the TIFIN ecosystem, reporting directly to the President and CRO.
Your impact
- Build and run the entire marketing function for Helix by HL, @Work, and Sage, acting as the first dedicated marketer and high-impact individual contributor.
- Design and launch full-funnel demand-generation programs-from ad targeting and channel strategy to landing pages, retargeting, analytics, and continuous optimization-to deliver qualified leads for the sales team.
- Drive brand, event, and channel initiatives that raise the profile of our AI-powered wealth products within the wealth-management industry while partnering closely with Sales and Success teams to accelerate growth.
What you'll need
Ten or more years of marketing experience, including growth work in fintech, data/AI, or comparable B2B SaaS environments. You’ve thrived in lean start-up or agency settings where you wore many hats and you bring a track record of targeting the wealth-enterprise ecosystem. Strong analytical skills let you turn complex data into clear marketing plans, and you’re comfortable managing budgets, technology platforms, vendors, and agencies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities help you inspire teams and engage stakeholders at every level. A working knowledge of generative AI and large-language models is a plus, as is familiarity with alternative and private-market investments. You’re a self-starter excited to contribute from day one and ready to be on-site three days a week in the Greater New York City area (Charlotte and Boulder candidates also considered).
Perks and compensation
The expected starting salary range for this position in New York City is $150,000–$200,000; actual pay is based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
