What is this role?
We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to join our team in a full-time, senior-level capacity. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States or Canada. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition strategy and lead our growth initiatives as we expand our product offerings.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy designed to generate a significant sales pipeline while maintaining high efficiency.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms like social media, search, email, and display, using data to iterate and improve performance.
- Lead and mentor our marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and creativity while collaborating with our sales, product, and customer success departments.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in scaling marketing efforts for startups. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities and skills:
- Proven experience running growth or marketing functions within a small, fast-paced startup environment.
- Technical proficiency in setting up growth infrastructure, including CRM systems, paid advertising, and automated outbound tools.
- A deep understanding of how to conduct A/B testing on top-of-funnel strategies to drive rapid optimization.
- Expertise in the e-commerce ecosystem, particularly with Shopify, and a strong grasp of direct-to-consumer or SaaS marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A test-and-learn mindset that thrives on experimentation and continuous improvement.
