What you bring
We are looking for an experienced executive to join us full time in a remote capacity. In this role you will own the company-wide pipeline number and guide our growth marketing efforts as we scale from our current $7M ARR toward $50M ARR over the next three years. Your background will include deep expertise in performance marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing, along with proven success building and leading high-performing teams. You will report directly to the CEO and work in a hands-on “build-it” environment where data, creativity, and revenue forecasting come together every day. The position is open to candidates located anywhere.
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy that drives pipeline and accelerates revenue across the entire business.
- Identify, launch, and scale high-impact initiatives that turn into predictable, repeatable growth channels.
- Continuously analyze performance data, forecast revenue, and pinpoint optimization opportunities across every stage of the funnel.
Requirements
You bring seven to ten years of hands-on experience in DTC or consumer growth marketing and demand generation, including at least three years spent building, mentoring, and managing marketing teams. You are highly analytical, comfortable with revenue forecasting, and skilled at turning complex funnel data into clear action plans. Strong leadership comes naturally to you; you balance strategic vision with extreme ownership and a servant-leader mindset. You thrive in autonomous, high-output settings and have a track record of delivering measurable impact on a company’s growth trajectory. Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential, as is a collaborative, low-ego approach to working with cross-functional partners.
