Motion is currently experiencing rapid 3x year-over-year growth, and we are looking for a strategic Head of Growth Marketing to help us scale from our current position toward $50M ARR. We have secured $12M in funding to build a new software category that connects creative teams with performance marketers, and our platform is already used to analyze over $5B in media spend by major brands like Vuori, True Classic, and HexClad.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy to drive our pipeline and accelerate revenue growth as we scale.
- Develop and launch high-impact initiatives, systematically turning them into predictable, holistic growth channels.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our growth engine to forecast revenue, analyze performance, and optimize the entire business funnel.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Must-haves
- 7 to 10 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing within the DTC and consumer sectors.
- At least 3 years of proven experience building, managing, and scaling marketing teams.
- Strong expertise in building predictable growth engines through paid media, inbound strategies, and account-based marketing.
- A data-obsessed mindset with advanced skills in revenue forecasting, funnel analysis, and strategic planning.
- A natural leadership style characterized by extreme ownership and a servant-leadership approach.
- Professional fluency in English.
