The opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to lead our worldwide growth marketing efforts and play a central role on the go-to-market leadership team. In this position you will shape both short-term campaigns and long-range strategy, guiding how our message reaches the right audiences and turns into meaningful revenue growth. Your work will directly influence how we expand our customer base while ensuring every stage of the acquisition funnel supports Veriff’s larger business goals.
A day in the life
- You will provide hands-on leadership to regional marketing managers across the US, EMEA, and LATAM, coaching the team, tracking performance, and building processes that keep campaigns running smoothly and effectively.
- You will design, launch, and continuously refine performance marketing campaigns, using data from tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Marketo to identify new channels, refine messaging, and improve conversion at every step.
- You will partner closely with product marketing, creative, and account management teams to translate campaign insights into better creative work and to strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers.
Who you are
You bring at least seven years of marketing experience in SaaS environments and at least three years of experience leading teams. You have a proven record of building campaigns that deliver measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth, and you are comfortable using marketing analytics platforms to guide decisions. Strong communication skills help you collaborate across functions, while a creative yet data-driven mindset fuels your passion for testing, optimization, and continuous improvement. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user-experience principles is essential. Fluency in English is required, and prior work in identity verification or high-growth technology companies is a plus.
