Head of Growth & Marketing (VP) at Maximus

We are Maximus, a mission-driven telehealth company focused on consumer performance medicine. We provide men and women with the content, community, and clinical support necessary to optimize their health, wellness, and hormones. Having achieved profitability and 8-figure ARR, we are currently doubling in size year over year. We are backed by $15M in funding from prominent Silicon Valley investors, including Founders Fund and 8VC, alongside notable operators from companies like Coinbase, Shopify, and Tinder. We are seeking a Head of Growth & Marketing (VP) to lead our growth engine and drive our next phase of expansion.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a high-velocity experimentation program that spans advertising, creative strategy, pricing models, and our digital product to ensure rapid insight and deployment.
• Manage our end-to-end conversion flow, including the entire quiz and intake process, while overseeing pricing architecture, discount strategies, and plan structures across our product portfolio.
• Direct our acquisition and lifecycle efforts by utilizing persona-driven marketing, managing paid media and influencer channels, and optimizing email and SMS programs to improve customer retention and lifetime value.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with at least 5 years spent leading teams and scaling direct-to-consumer subscription businesses.
• Deep expertise in incrementality and lifetime value modeling, with a proven ability to defend data-backed decisions regarding budget allocation and funnel performance.
• A hands-on approach to leadership, including experience managing agencies, hiring senior talent, and working directly within ad accounts and data models.
• A strong background in managing complex customer journeys, specifically for high-consideration products where research and validation are key to the purchase decision.
• Demonstrated success in owning a revenue target and building strategic plans that tie marketing spend directly to business growth.
