Responsibilities

• Optimize the software development lifecycle by refining planning, reporting, and quality processes that raise both engineering capacity and output.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team that stays aligned with our mission and vision.
• Build and integrate an offshore engineering center while maintaining clear communication and consistent quality standards across locations.

Requirements

• Executive-level experience leading engineering teams, ideally in data, machine learning, or AI environments.
• Proven success building and scaling high-performing engineering organizations.
• Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience establishing and managing offshore engineering teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills paired with strategic thinking.
• Passion for data privacy, security, and the practical application of AI technologies.
