About the Role
We are hiring a Head of Engineering on a Full Time basis. In this hybrid position you will report directly to the CTO and shape a world-class engineering organization that continuously improves how we plan, build, and deliver our platform while fostering tight collaboration between our onshore and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine and optimize the software development lifecycle so planning, reporting, and quality controls keep pace with rapid innovation.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team that embodies our mission of secure, privacy-first AI.
- Scale and integrate our offshore engineering center, ensuring consistent communication standards and technical excellence across locations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior engineering leadership roles, ideally within data, machine learning, or AI environments.
- Demonstrated success building and guiding high-performing engineering teams.
- Deep familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience establishing and managing offshore engineering teams.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills paired with a strategic outlook.
- Ability to balance rapid innovation with rigorous quality and efficiency standards.
- Genuine passion for data privacy, security, and the responsible use of AI technologies.
Location
This role is open to candidates working in a hybrid capacity from anywhere.
