We are AnyDesk, the company building a platform technology to reinvent the internet and improve how society connects and works. We are looking for a Head of E-Commerce to lead our fast-growing online sales operations and drive revenue across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends, customer behavior patterns, and new revenue opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape and refine sales strategies using data insights.
- Track key performance indicators and adjust initiatives to improve results.
- Design and run A/B tests that optimize conversion rates and sales processes.
- Develop upselling, cross-selling, and subscription strategies to maximize revenue.
- Align sales activities with marketing lead-generation efforts.
- Build sales tracking systems that monitor individual and team performance.
- Produce regular reports on metrics, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Create and execute sales plans that match company goals and market needs.
- Adapt strategies for different regions and customer segments in collaboration with local teams.
- Lead market-expansion projects and new-customer acquisition efforts.
- Mentor and develop a team of sales operations professionals.
- Conduct performance reviews, deliver feedback, and identify training needs.
- Oversee international online sales operations while respecting local regulations and cultural differences.
- Prepare contingency plans to handle high-demand periods or unexpected challenges.
Must-haves
- Several years of experience using data analysis to guide strategic financial decisions, including time spent in a leadership role.
- Proven success driving revenue growth and optimizing sales processes in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong data-analysis skills and familiarity with analytics tools and methodologies.
- Experience designing and running A/B tests and experiments.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with global, cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to stay calm, make decisions under pressure, and lead through change.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering plans that align with company objectives.
- English fluency.
