Role at a glance

We are looking for a Head of E-Commerce to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in Germany, offering a hybrid work environment that balances office collaboration with the flexibility you need to succeed.

Your impact

Drive revenue growth by leveraging data analytics to uncover sales trends, optimize subscription models, and refine our overall online sales strategy.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales operations professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous development.
Design and implement A/B testing methodologies to improve conversion rates while collaborating with marketing to align our global sales initiatives.

What you'll need

Extensive experience in a leadership role focused on data-driven strategic decision-making within a SaaS or technology environment.
Deep proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools, paired with a proven ability to design and execute complex experiments.
Exceptional communication skills in English and a strategic mindset that allows you to thrive under pressure while managing international market dynamics.
A collaborative spirit with the ability to listen, apply logic, and maintain a can-do attitude when navigating fast-paced, global business challenges.
