Swyftx is currently looking for a creative, results-driven, and hands-on Head of Digital to develop and execute our end-to-end digital engagement strategy. This role involves enhancing customer communications, driving overall digital performance, and translating business objectives into exceptional customer experiences across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to manage and implement the digital marketing roadmap and strategy across different regions (ANZ, America, Europe, and Asia).

Prioritise and measure competitive digital campaigns & projects from inception through to completion ensuring effective planning, timeline management and high-quality deliverables.

Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to direct reports, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and stimulating team environment.

Oversee Digital Development resources, ensuring infrastructure reliability, campaign execution timeliness, and quality of work.

Manage CRM direction and overall strategic approach, ensuring consistency and professionalism aligned with key business goals.

Drive performance, optimisation, conversion, and analytics for Paid Media channels to achieve acquisition, engagement, awareness, and lead objectives.

To be successful you will:

Demonstrate proven leadership experience in digital marketing or CRM within a fast-paced and agile environment, with a track record of guiding and inspiring teams to achieve outstanding results.

Have strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from web and user data.

Demonstrate experience managing campaigns through marketing automation platforms.

Show a genuine passion for understanding the customer journey and enhancing every step through automated communications.

Thrive in a dynamic environment, embracing change, navigating ambiguity, and consistently delivering high-quality work.

Approach challenges with creative solutions and critical thinking, while maintaining a meticulous eye for detail.

Be experienced with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager, and CPC platforms, along with strong budget management and analytical skills.
