Role at a glance
We are searching for a Head of Digital to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that operates in a hybrid work environment based in Australia. You will be responsible for developing and executing our end-to-end digital engagement strategy while translating our business objectives into exceptional customer experiences.
Your impact
- Partner with our Chief Marketing Officer to implement a digital marketing roadmap across global regions, including ANZ, America, Europe, and Asia.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your direct reports to foster a high-performance, collaborative, and stimulating team culture.
- Oversee performance, optimization, and analytics for all paid media channels to drive acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive communicator who is fluent in English and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will need the following skills and qualities:
- Proven leadership experience in digital marketing or CRM, with a track record of guiding teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from user data and budget management.
- Experience managing complex campaigns through marketing automation platforms.
- A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to thrive while navigating ambiguity.
