Role at a glance
We are seeking an experienced executive to join us as our Head of Digital Marketing. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in our offices in the United Kingdom or Spain. You will be at the helm of our digital strategy, guiding our growth across the entire Proton ecosystem.
Your impact
- Define and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our B2C and B2B product lines.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of digital marketers while overseeing our marketing analytics to ensure every campaign delivers measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with our product and sales teams to design growth motions that expand our reach while staying true to our strict privacy principles.
What you'll need
You are a seasoned marketing leader with a deep background in SaaS and subscription-based tech. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- Extensive experience in performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and CRM, with a proven track record of driving sustainable growth.
- Strong domain expertise in product-led growth and marketing analytics.
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and a passion for staying ahead of the curve regarding new technologies and digital trends.
