We are currently seeking a Head of Demand Generation to lead our product-led growth strategy and drive high-quality lead generation through dynamic, multichannel campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive demand generation roadmap, providing regular updates on key milestones.
- Create innovative, value-led content that resonates with our target audience and addresses their specific needs.
- Partner with our Product, Sales, and Partnership teams to implement strategies that capture leads and accelerate revenue growth.
- Launch integrated campaigns across email, web, paid advertising, and partnership channels.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and creativity.
- Analyze performance metrics for SEO and paid channels to optimize campaigns and drive better ROI.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize channel performance to ensure maximum impact.
Must-haves
- 5 to 7 years of experience in demand generation, ideally within a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven expertise in digital campaigning, including web optimization and paid ads.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Deep understanding of sales strategies relevant to the SaaS and e-commerce sectors.
- Ability to simplify complex product messaging and clearly articulate value.
- Excellent communication skills with a history of successful cross-functional collaboration.
- A player-coach mentality with a team-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in English and modern marketing technology tools.
