Role at a glance
We are searching for an experienced Head of Demand Generation to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an executive-level role that operates entirely remotely, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. You will be the driving force behind our growth strategies, ensuring our solutions reach the educators who need them most.
Your impact
- Design and implement high-level demand generation strategies that expand our sales pipeline and increase brand awareness across the K-12 education sector.
- Lead and mentor a talented team of marketers, fostering a culture of high performance while managing budgets to maximize our return on investment.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps teams to optimize the buyer journey, ensuring seamless lead nurturing and effective conversion from prospect to partner.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Deep proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce to manage complex sales cycles and automation workflows.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to turn data into clear reporting for executive leadership.
- Excellent project management skills and a proven track record of executing multi-channel campaigns.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a genuine passion for the K-12 education space.
- Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first culture.

We offer a salary range of $180,000 to $220,000, which includes both base pay and bonuses. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide:
