Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to our leadership team, focusing on data strategy and AI-driven product innovation.
- Monitor emerging trends in machine learning and data science to identify new opportunities for our platform.
- Design and implement a scalable data infrastructure that supports efficient analytics and seamless data integration.
- Use data insights to create highly personalized experiences that boost user engagement.
- Oversee the development of AI models to improve our risk management, operational efficiency, and customer insights.
- Work closely with our engineering, design, and product teams to embed AI capabilities into our offerings.
- Promote ethical AI practices while ensuring we remain compliant with all data privacy standards.
- Recruit and manage a talented team of data professionals in a collaborative environment.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of our data and AI initiatives.
- Act as a company representative and thought leader at industry events and conferences.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in a leadership or director-level capacity.
- Deep expertise in data infrastructure, machine learning, and data science.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and drive technical strategy.
- Professional proficiency in English.
