What you'll be doing
- Define the strategic vision for an AI-native data ecosystem that connects our foundational infrastructure to tangible business outcomes.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of a modern, scalable data stack, ensuring it serves as the reliable single source of truth for the entire company.
- Drive organizational change by mentoring our data engineering team and partnering with executive leadership to transition us toward a culture of self-serve, natural language analytics.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in data leadership, specifically within data engineering, data platforms, or analytics, with at least 3 years spent managing high-performing teams.
- Deep technical expertise in modern data architecture, including ELT/ETL processes, data warehousing, business intelligence visualization, and data governance.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Snowflake, Looker, Redshift, and Fivetran.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, executable roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between granular technical details and high-level business strategy.
- Fluency in English to effectively collaborate across our teams.
