The role

We are searching for an experienced Head of Creative & Marketing to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is an executive-level position for a strategic storyteller who is passionate about the lifestyle space. You will act as the primary guardian of our brand, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our identity while driving measurable business results. You must be comfortable moving between high-level strategy and the day-to-day creative process.

Core responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive marketing and creative strategy that captures our brand's unique, free-spirited nature while ensuring consistency across all digital and physical channels.
  • Lead the development of 360-degree marketing campaigns, overseeing everything from SEO and SEM to content creation and social media to boost customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and cross-functional collaboration with our product, sales, and operations departments.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and expertise:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Creative Direction, or a related field, with an advanced degree being a significant plus.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in marketing, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role focused on creative direction within the lifestyle, fashion, or footwear industries.
  • Deep proficiency in digital marketing ecosystems, including SEO, SEM, and content strategy.
  • A proven ability to manage external agencies, influencers, and strategic partners to extend brand reach.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use consumer research and performance data to refine creative strategies.
  • Fluency in English.
