What is this role?
We are looking for a Head of Content to join our team in a full-time, senior-level capacity. This is a fully remote position where you will lead our global content strategy. You will play a pivotal role in our marketing engine, helping us scale our brand and drive revenue by establishing Remote as the premier leader in the global HR space.

- Define and execute a comprehensive global content strategy that directly supports our growth, brand authority, and customer success objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of creators, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure content performance, optimize our approach, and prove the business impact of our storytelling initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in content strategy and operations within a fast-paced, global environment. We are looking for someone who excels at building and scaling teams while maintaining clear ownership. You should be a skilled communicator capable of influencing stakeholders across various departments, including Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership. An analytical mindset is essential, as you will need to use insights to guide your strategy. Finally, you must possess exceptional storytelling and editing skills and be fluent in English.
