About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Content & Product Marketing to join us as a contractor. In this senior-level role, you will bridge the gap between strategic vision and creative execution. You will be responsible for shaping our product narrative, managing successful feature launches, and producing content that is both expert and genuinely fun to consume. You will lead a team of four, fostering an environment where innovation and high-impact storytelling are at the forefront of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the roadmap for our content and product marketing efforts while mentoring and managing a team of four to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Product Narrative & Launches: Craft persuasive messaging that highlights our unique value and lead the end-to-end orchestration of product launches to maximize market impact.
- Brand Engagement: Produce relatable, humorous, and educational content across social media and video platforms, while building strong relationships with influencers and partners to amplify our reach.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in content or product marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS scale-up environment. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- Expertise in Storytelling: A proven ability to write compelling, relatable narratives that capture attention.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage complex timelines and coordinate cross-functional tasks.
- Data-Driven Mindset: The ability to analyze performance metrics and translate those insights into actionable strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with martech tools such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and content distribution tools like HubSpot or Customer.io.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
- Adaptability: A resilient, proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, evolving market.
Location
This role is based in France and follows a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance remote work with time spent in our beautiful Paris office.
