What is this role?
We are seeking a Head of Community and Partner Marketing to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This is an executive-level position designed for a leader who wants to take a hands-on approach to shaping our market presence. You will play a pivotal role in defining our Site Enablement Platform category while building deep connections across the industry through community engagement and strategic partnerships.
What will you do?
- Lead and grow our community programs, including the Site Enablement League and our various user groups, to ensure we are delivering high-value content to life science executives.
- Take charge of our experiential events, such as the Research Revolution Global and European Summits, to drive brand awareness, customer retention, and overall business growth.
- Manage strategic relationships with industry associations and external thought leaders to position our team as key voices in the clinical trial space.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in marketing or community engagement. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of leading community programs and managing innovative events. While not strictly required, experience within the SaaS industry is highly preferred. You should also hold a Bachelor's degree and be comfortable working in an environment that values leadership, content creation, and collaborative partner marketing.
