The opportunity

As our Head of Communications, you will be the voice of our brand. You will lead our strategic communications, thought leadership programs, and public relations efforts to elevate our story in the press and grow our reach. This is a full-time, remote role that sits at the intersection of marketing, research, and executive leadership. You will work closely with our internal teams and external partners to craft narratives that resonate deeply with our community and solidify our position as a leader in the healthcare space.

A day in the life

• You will design and implement a comprehensive communications roadmap that directly supports our business goals and highlights our latest research initiatives.
• You will serve as a key partner to our executive team, managing their thought leadership programs and preparing them for high-impact speaking engagements.
• You will cultivate relationships with top-tier media outlets, securing coverage that showcases our unique value proposition and drives meaningful brand awareness.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in communications, ideally within the healthcare, health tech, or consumer sectors. You possess a deep, genuine passion for serving the LGBTQIA+ community and a knack for pushing boundaries with your writing. You are an operator at heart, meaning you are just as comfortable setting the high-level strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to execute the work. You are fluent in English, highly organized, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where you can balance multiple projects with ease.
