We are currently seeking a Head of Communications to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this executive role, you will be the primary architect of our corporate narrative, responsible for shaping how our mission and vision are perceived by both internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive communication strategies that elevate our brand presence, engage our community, and support our long-term business objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership, particularly in marketing and product, to build cohesive campaigns and narratives that highlight our services and industry impact.
- Develop and implement robust playbooks for crisis management, executive communications, and internal messaging to ensure organizational alignment and public trust.
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 10 years of combined expertise in both corporate and consumer communications.
- At least 5 years of experience managing teams and external agencies, with a proven ability to mentor and retain high-performing talent.
- Deep experience working with SMB or consumer brands, including a strong track record of building relationships with top-tier media, editors, and influencers.
- Exceptional writing skills and a history of serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
- Experience within technology-focused industries is strongly preferred.
What we offer
