At Topicals, we are building a brand that changes how people feel about their skin. We are looking for a visionary Head of Brand Marketing to join our team and help us scale our impact. You will work directly with our CEO and executive leadership to shape our voice and drive our growth.
About the Role
This is a full-time, executive-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. As our Head of Brand Marketing, you will lead our social, influencer, community, and product marketing functions. You will be responsible for translating our high-level goals into actionable, innovative campaigns that build brand equity and awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing calendar, ensuring all initiatives are creative, scrappy, and aligned with our long-term strategic goals.
- Take full ownership of the go-to-market process for all brand initiatives, including managing budgets, tracking performance, and reporting on key metrics.
- Build and maintain a network of creative partners to support our work across content production, events, and community-building activations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a Master’s degree considered a plus.
- At least 8 years of professional marketing experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role focused on brand management.
- Over 5 years of specific experience working with major retailers like Sephora and Ulta.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and campaign data to track ROI and inform future decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated history of managing high-performing teams.
Location
This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere.
