The Arbitrum Foundation is currently looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. We are the organization behind Arbitrum One, the leading Ethereum scaling solution that utilizes Optimistic Rollup technology to make blockchain transactions faster and more affordable. With over 13 billion dollars in total value locked and hundreds of decentralized applications already on our platform, we are dedicated to scaling Ethereum and driving the global adoption of Web3. In this leadership role, you will bridge the gap between traditional marketing strategies and innovative growth techniques to elevate our brand, support our partners, and strengthen user engagement across the ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive, long-term brand strategy that clearly defines our unique value proposition and ensures consistent messaging across all channels.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns that utilize both Web3 and traditional digital platforms to boost brand visibility and awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement full-funnel marketing programs while using data-driven insights to track brand health and optimize user conversion.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in managing full-funnel campaigns, with a strong background in both Web2 and Web3 marketing environments.
- A deep understanding of the blockchain industry, including the specific challenges of Web3 user funnels and cross-platform user journeys.
- Proven leadership capabilities with an entrepreneurial mindset, allowing you to work autonomously across global time zones.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, as you will be expected to share case studies during the interview process.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor brand sentiment and refine strategies based on performance metrics.
